Following the efforts of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, in collaboration with the International Relations Department of Lorestan University and the International Scientific Cooperation of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Lorestan University has been included in the list of approved faculties by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA). The AVMA is one of the oldest and most reputable veterinary associations in the world, supporting the profession at all levels of veterinary medicine. Registration of faculties on this list assists in the accreditation of educational qualifications for students seeking to continue their studies in other countries. The association currently has over 97,000 members.
