Expanding Bilateral Cooperation between the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Lorestan University, and Alavi Foundation of the Province

According to the Public Relations of Lorestan University, Dr. Amin Jeydari, Head of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Lorestan University, and Mr. Gholamreza Nikouseresht, Deputy Head of the Alavi Foundation of Lorestan Province, in a joint meeting held at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Lorestan University, emphasized the expansion of joint cooperation in line with issues such as increasing the productivity of livestock, poultry, and aquatic animals, as well as improving the education of livestock farmers in the province.
Dr. Jeydari, Head of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Lorestan University, explained in this joint meeting that the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Lorestan University has numerous human resources to participate in issues related to the field of veterinary medicine in Lorestan province and should increase extra-university activities in order to help solve the province's problems.
He emphasized: "The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Lorestan University is prepared to examine the issues of this field in the form of various theses and provide scientific solutions in order to solve the problems of livestock farmers and livestock breeding in Lorestan province."
The Head of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Lorestan University stated that the faculty members and specialists are prepared to provide the necessary scientific and practical solutions to livestock farmers and breeders in the province through field visits.
He appreciated the management of the Alavi Foundation of Lorestan Province for carrying out various and diverse actions in the path of poverty alleviation and improving the performance of livestock breeding and farming in the province, and considered the actions taken by the Alavi Foundation of Lorestan Province to be of a jihadi and effective nature.
Dr. Jeydari explained: "Lorestan province has various and diverse talents and capacities in the fields of agriculture, livestock farming, and breeding, and the connection between the university system and the production system should be strengthened so that the various indicators of the agricultural and livestock sectors of the province's cities are improved."
In this meeting, Gholamreza Nikouseresht, Deputy Head of the Alavi Foundation in Lorestan Province, in his speech, thanked the Head of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Lorestan University for his cooperation with the Alavi Foundation.
Nikouseresht, while congratulating Dr. Jeydari on his appointment as the Head of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Lorestan University, expressed hope that the bilateral research and study cooperation in the various fields of livestock, poultry, treatment, control, and issues related to aquatic animals would increase more than before.
He also considered the existence of the specialized veterinary hospital of Lorestan University as an important capacity in line with providing services to Lorestan province.
It is worth mentioning that the Alavi Foundation is a subsidiary of the Mostazafan Foundation of Islamic Revolution.
